Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns. we will provide customer service and support all products we make. If something is deemed faulty due to a defect within 365 days after product ships a replacement will be arranged.
Email us at admin@epicoffgrid.com, we don't handle requests via phone. We can suspend your service for up to 3 months per calendar year at a reduced rate of $20/mo. When canceling we require 30 days notice to ensure your line can be canceled prior to monthly rebilling.
